As a mother of three and a grandmother, I realized in high school that health and fitness needed to play a significant role in my life. With both sides of my family facing health challenges and weight issues, I was determined to become a catalyst for change. Whether through my own journey or by guiding others, I became a mentor—supportive and mindful—helping many people find their own path to wellness. .
I had the opportunity to work with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, from single and double leg amputees to paralysis victims and cancer recovery patients. Personal training has become an investigative journey, full of excitement and discovery. Each client brought unique challenges, leading to countless "aha" moments and a bit of trial and error until we began to create something truly magical together.
Fitness is not about being better than someone else. It's about being better than you used to be.
